4. POD & Dropshipping Fulfillment

Cloudpeak operates a hybrid fulfilment model. Some products are produced on demand through our Print-on-Demand partners, while others are sourced and shipped directly from dropshipping suppliers.

To fulfil your order, we share only the information necessary with our production and logistics partners — typically your name, delivery address, phone number, product specifications, and order reference. These partners are contractually required to use your data solely for order fulfilment and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

POD items may involve custom designs or personalisation. Any artwork or text you submit for custom orders is used exclusively to produce your item and is not shared beyond our fulfilment network.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third parties who may process data on our behalf, including:

• Payment processors — to handle secure online transactions (UPI, cards, net banking)
• Shipping carriers — Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and other pan-India logistics partners
• POD fulfilment partners — for on-demand apparel printing and production
